A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

AS A PERSON: I come from a big family and adore my tribe more than anything. I grew up on the East Coast and in Switzerland. I’ve had incredible chapters living all across the US. No, really, like coastal Cali to the Rocky Mountains to a midwest farm and now the Southwest. As a teenager, I indulged my lifelong pursuit of romance and beauty and ended up at the American University of Paris. Living in Paris for four years was everything you dream of. Those years gave me surreal memories of dreamy cafes, endless laughter, exploring with friends and watching the city pass by from the back of a Peugeot motorbike. It gave me a global perspective that has undeniably shaped how I approach my work and live my life. As far as my pursuit of romance, I fell in love with my husband there. :)

AS A CREATIVE: I get excited by any type of design. From wandering through art museums to pouring over Architectural Digest to creating a compelling arsenal of marketing assets, I deeply enjoy visuals and aesthetics. I like to think I have a good eye and a refined, yet functional sense of style.

AS A CONSULTANT: My penchant for organization and order manifests in digital discipline, scalable systems and effective communication. I love clients who value high-caliber work, creating a true community, and laughing along the way. Let’s build something together!

I'm Jojo. I'm a Swiss-American, design-obsessed individual who found her way to the Sonoran desert.

Work Life

I began my marketing career with my family's start-up, Churncraft. We designed a modern butter churn (out of all things!) that ended up in Vogue, the Wall Street Journal and even won a Red Dot Design Award. I cut my teeth in manufacturing and operations, but really honed my natural ability for brand-building, marketing and entrepreneurship.

From there, I saw opportunity in an emerging, regulated market and pivoted into the cannabis space. I’ve worked for large-scale MSOs, national dispensary chains and product brands. During the pandemic, my husband and I launched a hemp microgrow on his family farm in the Midwest and created our brand, Tall Trees.

With over 10 years of experience working in start-ups and emerging industries, I appreciate what it means to be resourceful, flexible and radically authentic. My approach to brand identity and strategy is versatile. I have a knack for visual and verbal communication that helps me intuitively tap into a wide range of demographics.

What motivates me and makes me happy.

Things I love: ambient lighting, hot lattes, vibey beach clubs, wide-brim hats, thoughtful pastries, plant-based food, Zach Bryan, supple leather goods, dramatic landscapes, reading, people watching in foreign cities.

Things I cherish: my boys, the hysterical things my oldest says, slow blinks and big smiles from my baby, inside jokes with my siblings, quality time with my parents, navigating life and adventures with my wonderful husband
